• Complete assigned paperwork and procedures in accordance with all regulatory and company safety policies to fulfill production requirements. Responsible for tracking all entry and exit for MTI.
• Familiarity and knowledge of the aggregates and materials industry to include applicable sizes, dimensions and necessary quantities.
• Responsible for weighing and ticketing trucks, preparing daily load summaries, managing inventory and Sales. Accepting payments, a cash box must be always maintained with the required amount.
• Answers telephone for MTI and assists customers with product information and sales.
• Works positively and as a team with the customers, management, dispatch and plant personnel. 
• Possesses a basic understanding of technology including, Excel, Word and Windows.
• Works positively with COD customers by placing orders and helping to resolve customer-related issues.
• Prepares timely reports of business activities, maintain various daily logs and ensures proper reporting to the Administration Office.
• Other duties or special projects as assigned by the MTI Production Manager and other management.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE 

High School Diploma or GED required. Minimum of 1 year aggregate work experience preferred.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

Ability to apply moderately complex mathematical equations as applicable.

COMMUNICATION SKILLS

Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the community. Ability to effectively present information to management. Must exhibit good interpersonal and customer service skills.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Must be able to read, write and speak English. Spanish preferred.
